All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as GCash. GOProTech does not store your payment information.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase at go@protech.solutions with your purchase details and reason for the request.

We will review the request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session fee.
